  • EQUID: As a classification, this term applies to any four-legged mammal in the family Equidae. These would include animals like horses and donkeys.

  • FIQUE: This is the name of the fibers that form the leaves of Furcraea plants.

  • PIQUE: Typically, the word “pique” conveys that someone’s interest or curiosity has been aroused.

  • QUOIN: There are many uses and definitions for the word “quoin.” The most common theme is that it is or resembles a stone that keeps something securely in place.
